Day Three (Wednesday the 9th) - We drove through Northern New Mexico into Wyoming.  New Mexico, north of Santa Fe, is very beautiful this time of year - everything so green. Just 2 miles into Wyoming we stopped for the night at Terry's Bison Ranch. The ranch is just south of Cheyenne, Wyoming and full of buffalo (several llama and a couple of camels). All of the buffalo are on the hills to the east of the park but we could see them through the binoculars. I counted about 10 babies in one heard. We got a great shot of GG riding one - just can't take her anywhere.

Greetings from Wyoming
In this photo of Patti and I you can see the herd in the background.
Big Red wanted his picture taken next to the Buffalo Chip.

While we were at the Cheyenne Museum and eating Wyoming mexican food (this senior plate was $3.95), Toby was busy eating the cusion in his kennel.  Up until then, he was being a pretty good dog.  Now he stays in the kennel on the hard plastic floor.

This guy wins!
