I spent the week of May 14 through the 21st remodeling Amy, Jason and Ryden's kitchen. It was a project of love and turned out beautiful. Here are some before, during and completed kitchen photos.
We were careful during the tear out as Jason had the old cabinets sold. Our buyers happily picked up there Craig's List find on Sunday morning. The new cabinets were delivered on Monday and by Friday the MacMasters had a new kitchen.
On Saturday May 22, before I headed home to Tucson, we celebrated Ryden's first birthday - he actually turned one on the 23rd. Amy and Jason hosted an 80's theme party. 
Ryden is so much fun to be around and I was very sad to leave. The week really tired me out but I will recover. I'll never get tired of being grandpa.

ReplyDeleteGlad to see this new blog of yours. Is that your current pickup truck? I remember you had a white one last time Jim and I were out there. Nice work on the kitchen! I know what you mean about the sadness when it's time to leave the little grandkids.
